Meysam Matiei (born in Semnan) is an Iranian praiser and lecturer at Imam Sadegh University. In his eulogies, he refers to issues related to the Resistance Front and other political and social issues, and describes himself as a revolutionary eulogist.

He is an obedient student of Mojtaba Tehrani and a graduate of Imam Sadegh University with a PhD in Quranic and Hadith Sciences.

After entering Imam Sadegh University, he presented a new style of eulogy in the board of this university along with preserving the traditional customs of eulogy, and the ceremony of the first decade of Muharram of this board was accompanied by the eulogy of Meysam Matiei and was welcomed by the mourners.
